Conversion of House of Character

Zebbug (Malta)

Forward Structures are proud to assist A.Collective with structural consultancy and support on this interesting project in Zebbug. Consisting of the conversion of an existing house of character, the project focuses around the removal of 1970s accretions onto the existing building, with the insertion of a new open plan living are and pool at ground floor level, with substantially increased living quarters at first floor level.

The building is constructed using a mix of structural steel and exposed reinforced concrete with touches of recycled weather masonry blockwork.
