Structural Design of Steel Portal Frame Structure

Xewkija, Gozo (Malta)

On behalf of Perit Emanuel Vella, Forward Structures were requested to carry out the structural design of a steel portal frame structure for the housing of construction vehicles.

The structure designed for the ongoing project consists of a single bay very low rise portal frame with a rafter inclination of less than 4%, spanning 22m in width with open gable ends.
